Ki kiya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion at any time. Continued use of ki kiya after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have final jurisdiction over any legal matters.

• The ki kiya platform is intended for personal entertainment use only.
• Using ki kiya for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• The Bengali version of these terms and conditions takes precedence over any version in another language.

To register on ki kiya, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Each individual may only register one account on ki kiya. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

• The name and date of birth provided at registration cannot be changed.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to ki kiya immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Ki kiya may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

Ki kiya is a responsible platform. We strictly ensure that no one under the age of 18 can access our services.

During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. ki kiya reserves the right to verify your age at any time via national ID, passport, or driving licence.

• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete.
• Registering with a false age will result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• If a minor is found attempting to open an account, legal action may be taken.

Ki kiya accepts Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer for deposits. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly.

Minimum deposit limits are set by ki kiya and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the platform. Payments made through third parties or in another person's name are strictly prohibited.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Ki kiya reserves the right to hold deposits for verification in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Money laundering and transactions involving illegal funds are strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

To withdraw funds from ki kiya, identity verification must be completed first. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is done.

Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. If that is not possible for any reason, ki kiya will determine an alternative arrangement.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–48 hours.
• Withdrawal requests from VIP and high roller members are processed on a priority basis.
• Withdrawals may be held for additional verification in cases of suspicious activity.
• Any portion of a bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, if you place a bet after the odds have changed, the bet will be settled at the new odds.

• Ki kiya reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• Attempting to exploit system errors or odds glitches for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets across multiple accounts on the same event to gain an advantage ("arbitrage") is prohibited.

Ki kiya reserves the right to review any bet and to void or amend it if a rule violation is detected.

Ki kiya bonuses and promotions are exclusive benefits for members. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, once per person.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g. 10x, 20x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games.
• Multiple Bonuses: Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ki kiya. Violations may result in account closure and, where necessary, legal action.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using ki kiya for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or the use of inside information.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on ki kiya's systems.

Ki kiya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• Upon the member's own request for closure.
any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member upon closure; however, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting ki kiya's customer support team.
